Follow-up app

I forgot to add that after getting upset on the phone on Friday because the next appointment with Mr Evans was in late March, I got up on Saturday morning to find a letter from the Chaucer to tell me that my appointment was Friday 1st February. How wonderful is that? I'd been slating them in my head for not understanding or caring and then I find that Sherry has spoken to Mr Evans, made the appointment AND rushed me out a letter first class to tell me about it. God bless that woman! So I now have 25 days to wait for my chat with the consultant and to plan what to do next which is simply great as I needed that date in my diary to look forward to.
