It was a good day today, I started walking towards the sweet isle in ASDA at lunchtime but said a firm 'no' to myself and managed to leave without buying any. Then later in the afternoon there was lots of cake to celebrate my boss being with the company for 20 years and I avoided the chocolate cake and had melon instead. Yay to will power.
